Please read through this section before placing your order, especially because our items are custom made just for you. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out anytime.

How long does production take?

Production usually takes 1–4 business days. During busy seasons or high-volume periods, production may take up to 5 business days.

If you are ordering for a specific event, we recommend placing your order at least 3–4 weeks in advance to allow enough time for production, shipping, and any unexpected delays.

This also gives us enough time to help if there is an issue during delivery or if your shirt arrives with a defect. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away and we’ll be happy to send a free replacement when applicable.

How long does shipping take?

Economy shipping usually takes 4–8 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after production is complete. Please understand that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as unexpected carrier delays or lost packages are outside of our control. However, we always do our best to process orders quickly and keep production moving as fast as possible.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer automatic bulk discounts in our shop:

  • Buy 2+ items and get 10% off
  • Buy 4+ items and get 15% off
  • Buy 6+ items and get 20% off
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD.

Can I exchange for a different size?

To maintain high quality, each item is made to order and we do not keep inventory. Because of this, we are unable to offer size exchanges unless there is a size defect. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What if my item arrives with a defect?

If your item arrives with a defect, please send us clear photos through chat as soon as possible. Once we review the issue, we’ll be happy to send a free replacement when applicable.

Can I customize the text?

Most of our designs can be customized, depending on the design style. If you would like to change the wording, add extra text, or request a design adjustment, please contact us through chat before placing your order. We’ll be happy to help whenever possible.
