All items from MyMomentGift are made to order. Because our products are custom printed and produced after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, design preference, or change of mind.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather delays, holidays, or other carrier-related issues.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our items can be customized with names, dates, locations, titles, or other special text.
Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. This includes spelling, punctuation, capitalization, dates, locations, and any custom wording.
We are not responsible for customer errors in personalization details submitted at checkout. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Sizing Issues
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Our apparel is made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered.
Measurements may vary slightly due to normal manufacturing tolerance. If your item appears to be significantly different from the size chart, please contact us with clear measurement photos. We will review the issue and help if there is a confirmed production error.
For an oversized fit, we usually recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes depending on your preferred look.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because our items are made to order and may be sent into production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once production has started.
If production has already begun, we may not be able to cancel, change, or refund the order.
Color and Print Variations
Please note that product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and device display.
Small variations in print placement, color, garment texture, and sizing are normal for custom printed apparel. These minor differences are not considered defects.
